Our Privacy-First Architecture
Cloud PDF App is built around privacy by design. All PDF processing happens in your browser — your files are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. This architecture means that, for the core function of the service, we are not a data processor under GDPR because we never handle your personal data or file content.
Your Rights Under GDPR
Right of Access
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you. In normal use of our tools, we hold no personal data about you.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to have your personal data deleted. Since we collect no personal data in normal use, there is typically nothing to delete.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to correct inaccurate personal data we hold. If you have contacted us and we hold your email address, you may request correction.
Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to restrict how we use your data. Contact us to exercise this right.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a portable format.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data, including for analytics purposes.
Data We Process
The only data we may process is anonymous analytics data (page views, browser type, country), and contact information if you email us. We do not process special categories of personal data. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
